The System

After years of optimising my own health and working closely with hundreds of others to help them do the same, I've learned that true health is only possible when you’re balanced across every essential area.

You can eat perfectly, train consistently, and do everything right, but if your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight or your internal rhythm is off, your body simply won’t thrive. It’s like fixing the roof while the basement’s flooding.

That's why I build The Five Foundations of Vitality: Circadian Rhythm, Nutrition, Stress Balance, Movement, and Connection. Together, these foundations create the conditions for optimal cellular energy.

  • During the 66 days, we schedule several 1:1 calls to discuss different topics, progress, challenges, and adjustments.

    Between calls, we stay in contact through the chat function in the ELIMA app. I use it actively to provide information, feedback, and insights. You can use it for any questions or updates. I always respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

    I believe clear communication is the key.

  • The process starts with a detailed analysis to map your current situation. Where you stand, what challenges you face, and what goals you have. Based on this, I create a tailored plan specific to your needs, lifestyle, and objectives.

    Although the blueprint of our biology is largely shared, every individual is unique, lives a different life, and has different goals.

    That’s why I believe every person needs a tailored approach that builds the bridge between the two.

  • Each week during the 66 days, a new lesson is available, covering one core foundations of your health with the what, why, and how.

    I’ve written the guide I wish I could have given myself ten years ago.

  • You receive a complete and tailored nutrition plan, which I guide you through during the 66 days.

    I also explain what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, and the reasoning behind it all.

    The purpose is not to follow a diet, but to understand what your body needs as fuel for optimal health

  • You receive a complete workout plan, available in the ELIMA app.

    Alongside this, I teach the key principles behind building strength and muscle, improving mobility, supporting cardiovascular health, and promoting recovery.

  • The Member Area is where all lessons and exclusive materials are available and will remain accessible to you for life.

    I continue to update and refine the content over time as I keep learning myself, so you can continue to grow alongside it.

  • This is the tool you’ll use on a daily basis throughout the 66 days.

    It’s used for chat support, nutrition coaching, habit tracking, workout schedules, and more.
