This Privacy Policy explains how Elima LLC collects and uses personal data.

Scope
This policy covers the website, the Member Area, the coaching app, scheduling, messaging, and support. It applies to clients and site visitors.

What data we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, make a purchase, schedule calls, complete lessons, send messages, or contact support. This may include name, contact details, login information, purchase records, lesson progress, scheduling details, messages, and support tickets. If you choose to share health or nutrition information for coaching, this is treated as special category data.

How we use your data and legal bases
We use personal data to deliver and manage your account and access. The main purposes and legal bases are listed below.

Providing access to the Member Area and the app, delivering coaching, and client support. Legal basis is performance of a contract.

Processing payments and billing. Legal basis is performance of a contract and legal obligation for records.

Maintaining security, preventing abuse and fraud, and improving performance. Legal basis is legitimate interests.

Communicating with you about your account, sessions, lessons, and service updates. Legal basis is performance of a contract and legitimate interests.

Sending optional marketing with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Special category data
If you choose to share health or nutrition information for coaching, we process this only with your explicit consent and only for coaching purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time. If you withdraw consent, this does not affect lawful processing that took place before the withdrawal.

Children
The service is intended for adults of eighteen years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Sharing and processors
We use trusted service providers to run the service. These include website and hosting, the Member Area platform, the coaching app, email and messaging, payment processing, analytics, and security. Examples are Squarespace and Stripe. We only share what is needed for each task and we require appropriate safeguards from our providers. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number and message content will be processed by WhatsApp. Please avoid sharing sensitive health details through third party messaging.

International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use lawful safeguards such as adequacy decisions and the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, including supplementary measures when needed.

Retention
We keep account data while you have an active account. We keep purchase and billing records for the period required by law. Coaching records and lesson progress are kept while your account remains active, or for a shorter period if you ask us to delete them, subject to legal obligations. We keep support messages for a reasonable time to resolve issues and to improve the service.

Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time. These rights may be limited where we have legal obligations or compelling legitimate grounds.

How to exercise your rights
Email info@elimacoaching.com from the address linked to your account and describe your request. We aim to respond within two to five business days. We may ask for information to verify your identity before we act on your request.

Cookies

Security
