Overview
You receive immediate access to the Member Area after purchase. Coaching sessions start on the agreed start date. This page explains your statutory rights and our additional four week guarantee.

ELIMA four week guarantee
ELIMA offers a four week guarantee. If within four weeks you are not satisfied with the quality or with your progress, and you have followed the coaching plan and completed the required tasks, you can request a full refund.

Statutory 14 day withdrawal
You have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.

How to withdraw
Send an email to info@elimacoaching.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will confirm your request in writing on a durable medium.

What we may ask for
To review a guarantee request we may ask for simple and objective indicators such as lesson completion in the Member Area, habit tracking in the app, and attendance at scheduled calls.

Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 14 days after approval and will keep you updated by email.
