In 66 days, we realign your daily routines with your biology through the The Five Foundations of Vitality™. You’ll learn what your body needs and why, with every step personally tailored to your life.

Your health is largely within your control when you give your system the right input. I’m here to show you how.

  • During the 66 days, we schedule several 1:1 calls to discuss different topics, progress, challenges, and adjustments.

    Between calls, we stay in contact through the chat function in the ELIMA app. I use it actively to provide information, feedback, and insights. You can use it for any questions or updates.

    I believe clear communication is the key.

  • The process starts with a detailed analysis to map your current situation. Where you stand, what challenges you face, and what goals you have. Based on this, I create a tailored plan specific to your needs, lifestyle, and objectives.

    Although the blueprint of our biology is largely shared, every individual is unique, lives a different life, and has different goals.

    That’s why I believe every person needs a tailored approach that builds the bridge between the two.

  • Each week during the 66 days, a new lesson is available, covering one core foundations of your health with the what, why, and how.

    I’ve written the guide I wish I could have given myself ten years ago.

  • You receive a complete and tailored nutrition plan, which I guide you through during the 66 days.

    I also explain what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, and the reasoning behind it all.

    The purpose is not to follow a diet, but to understand what your body needs as fuel for optimal health

  • You receive a complete workout plan, available in the ELIMA app.

    Alongside this, I teach the key principles behind building strength and muscle, improving mobility, supporting cardiovascular health, and promoting recovery.

  • The Member Area is where all lessons and exclusive materials are available and will remain accessible to you for life.

    I continue to update and refine the content over time as I keep learning myself, so you can continue to grow alongside it.

The System

After years of optimising my own health and working closely with 600+ others to help them do the same, I've learned that true health is only possible when you’re balanced across every essential area.

You can eat perfectly, train consistently, and do everything right, but if your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight or your internal rhythm is off, your body simply won’t thrive. It’s like fixing the roof while the basement’s flooding.

That's why I build The Five Foundations of Vitality: Circadian Rhythm, Nutrition, Stress Balance, Movement, and Connection. Together, these foundations create the conditions for optimal cellular energy.

The blueprint of our biology is largely shared as we belong to the same species, and our organs function the same way. That is why what you learn in these 66 days can be considered optimal for everyone.

However, what works perfectly for me might not work exactly the same for you, as one size fits none. Every individual is unique, lives a different life, has different goals, so every person needs a tailored approach that builds the bridge between the two. The journey is personal, but the foundational principles are universal.

The goal isn’t about perfection or restriction, but about understanding what our body is designed for, and giving it exactly that.

Research shows it takes around 66 days for new routines to become second nature. Within this time, I’ll help you build sustainable habits that build your health, break the ones that don’t, and set the foundation for life.

What is “Vitality”

In my eyes, your health is far more than just the absence of illness. It’s a state of physical, mental, emotional and social well-being. It reflects your body and mind working in sync, your ability to adapt to stress, and your capacity to recover, grow, and show up fully in your life. This forms the foundation beneath your energy, mood, performance, and resilience.

Vitality can be seen as the expression of health. It’s the energy that you feel when your system is in balance. A strong, clear, energetic and calm state of being that comes from within.

Having experienced both sides of health, light and dark, I understand as no other how fundamentally your health shapes your quality of life and your ability to live fully.

Why I Do What I Do
  • Centre of Everything (1/5)

    If you zoom in, your complete health takes place at the cellular level. Everything is ultimately a product or consequence of that. At the centre of this are tiny structures inside your cells called mitochondria.

    Think of them as your body’s powerhouses that provide the fuel/energy you need for everything. When I say everything, I mean literally everything: thinking, digesting, talking, moving, repairing, focusing, recovering etc.

  • Centre of Everything (2/5)

    Every single second an estimated 37 billion billion (that’s 37 followed by 21 zeros) chemical reactions take place in your body, and virtually all of these reactions are directly or indirectly dependent on energy.

    Without enough energy, none of your systems can work properly. That’s why mitochondria can be seen as the centre of your health. Your complete health stands or falls on this.

  • Centre of Everything (3/5)

    With that in mind, it may not come as a surprise that damaged mitochondria are at the root of nearly all modern health problems. As soon as energy leaks away, you no longer have enough capacity at the cellular, tissue, organ or system level to keep the ecosystem running.

    A big reason why this happens is that our bodies and biology are designed for an environment that, to an extent, no longer exists in modern society. The further we move away from it, the more dysregulation we notice at the cellular level and, in turn also in daily life, as almost every health problem begins with an energy crisis.

  • Centre of Everything (4/5)

    The research of Douglas C. Wallace even shows that, and this is no exaggeration, at least 85% of Western modern diseases (such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, skin conditions, or gastrointestinal problems, diabetes, obesity) have their roots in mitochondrial dysfunction.

    But when your mitochondria are working optimally, your body becomes incredibly resistant to (chronic) disease. Research done by Thomas Seyfried, one of the top cancer researchers, even shows that it’s impossible to get cancer with healthy mitochondria.

  • The Centre of Everything (5/5)

    So if you keep them healthy, you protect your entire system at the deepest level. With an abundance of energy, your body has the “finances” at the cellular level for self-healing. Anything that makes mitochondrial energy production more efficient is beneficial for your health and quality of life.

    The goal of the 66 days, and also for the rest of your life if you ask me, is therefore as follows: optimising/maximising your cellular energy.
