About the service
ELIMA LLC provides personal live coaching with access to a private Member Area and an app that contain lessons and resources for sixty six days. You receive immediate access to the Member Area after successful payment. Coaching sessions start on the agreed start date. Member Area recources remain available to you for life.

Accounts and acceptable use
Your account is personal. Do not share access, materials, or downloads. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorised use.

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe through Squarespace Commerce. Prices are shown before checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email after payment.

Scheduling and attendance
You can schedule calls through the Member Area. If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Refunds and cancellations
Information about your statutory fourteen day right of withdrawal and the Elima four week guarantee is available on our Refunds and Cancellations page. Please review that page before you complete your purchase.

Intellectual property
All content in the Member Area and the app remains the property of ELIMA LLC. You may use the materials for your own personal learning. Copying, reposting, or distributing the materials is not permitted.
