  • The programme combines education, coaching, and structure. You’ll go through weekly lessons built on The Five Foundations of Vitality™, while applying each principle through tailored nutrition, movement, and lifestyle plans. You’ll have 1-1 support through scheduled calls and daily feedback in between.

  • Once you enrol, you’ll receive an email with access to your personal Member Area. There you’ll complete your onboarding and intake form. Based on your personal situation, I create a tailored plan we’ll have another call to go through everything . We’ll then start on the discussed date.

  • During the 66 days, we schedule several 1:1 calls to discuss different topics, progress, challenges, and adjustments.

    Between calls, we stay in contact through the chat function in the ELIMA app. I use it actively to provide information, feedback, and insights. You can use it for any questions or updates. I always respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

    I believe clear communication is the key.

  • I offer you a full refund if you’re not satisfied with your progress within four weeks. That’s a promise.

    All I ask is that you’ve engaged with the plan and calls.

  • The blueprint of our biology is largely shared as we belong to the same species, and our organs function the same way. That is why what you learn in these 66 days can be considered optimal for everyone.

    However, what works perfectly for me might not work exactly the same for you, as one size fits none. Every individual is unique, lives a different life, has different goals, so every person needs a tailored approach that builds the bridge between the two. The journey is personal, but the foundational principles are universal.

  • By the end of the 66 days, you’ll have more stable energy, better focus, improved sleep, and a clear understanding of what your body truly needs each day, built on routines you can sustain for life.

  • You’ll leave with a clear structure and plan you can continue independently. The Member Area is where all lessons and exclusive materials are available and will remain accessible to you for life.

    I continue to update and refine the content over time as I keep learning myself, so you can continue to grow alongside it.

  • That’s completely fine. The programme is designed to adapt to real life. Everything is accessible online, and you can follow the lessons and check-ins from anywhere.

  • For sure. A large part of our biology overlaps, however, there are key differences between men and women, especially when it comes to the hormonal system.

    For example, men operate on a roughly 24-hour hormonal rhythm, while women follow a cycle of about 28 days. These distinct rhythms require different approaches things like training, nutrition, stress balance and recovery.

    I make a clear distinction between what’s optimal for men and for women, so each can work in alignment with their own biology.

    With a background in physiotherapy and years of studying both Western and Eastern approaches to health, I understand how the body adapts and heals. While I’m not a medical doctor, my work bridges science and practical experience, and together we can go a long way, no matter your situation.

  • Not necessarily. Your plan will be tailored to your situation, whether that’s a home setup, training in nature, or a gym environment.

  • Yes, everything is in English. However, because I was born and raised in Holland, communications between us can be done in Dutch.
